“Reading your client” – Taoist and karmic astrology analysis, personal Feng Shui orientation, including best directions for facing and sleeping.
Identifying the personal individual visions, intentions and goals in short interviews.
3 - BAGUA PLACEMENT AND READING
Laying the bagua (the eight directions that represent the eight gates of energy) over the floor plans and also over the site plan.
Understanding the psychology of the building—where it is whole and where there are aspects missing that will determine flow of chi/ life energy on the building and determining the “personality” of the space.
Laying the bagua over the land--identifying the location of the building(s) according to the gates of energy.
4 - FLYING STARS ANALISYS
Analyzing the energetic chart of the space (flying stars) based on the year of the construction and it’s solar orientation.
Reading basic geobiology lines: study of energies that come from the Earth, and how they affect living beings and the environment in general.
5 - GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
Reading basic geobiology lines: study of energies that come from the Earth, and how they affect living beings and the environment in general.
If desired by the client, a full survey of all aspects of the space can be addressed for the built and non-built environment. This includes items such as ecological aspects, safety considerations, chemicals on site, electromagnetic fields (EMF), solar potential and other factors that will define the different layers and fields of energy to consider on site and surroundings.
6 - FINAL FLOOR PLAN
Presenting a drafted colorful floor plan and land design with recommended enhancements, cures, water placements and any other element that needs to be included on the final design. Also defining for building location on land, previous to their design and or constructions, according to the most auspicious and environmental best orientation.
